in the very heart of the city of Constanta, in a place stylistically destructured, very close to the central park, inserting a new object escaped by far, any possible background restrictions. the concept of a glass “filter“ between the two major natural worlds in the area – the park nearby and the sea in the near scene – is the morphological engine of our proposal. the mantles which “strain“ the facades of the building are like some “valves“ ready to pump the information in order to be processed and then exposed to another world. it’s an intelligent mechanism, a prophetic invention, a wonder of the world!
